How to the purchasing:
All prices is given in Danish Kroner and if nothing else is written the prices is without VAT.

You pick the categories in the left menu. By a click on the product picture or name you click your way into the product description and an icon for checking the product into the basket. Notice that the icon for the basket is also showing in the category list.

When you have picked out all you want and put it in the cart you press forwatd to the checkout where you need to fill out the form with all the needed information. All requested information is only used with the purchasing and is only what's needed. Once you are done you click forward to the payment process where you can chose between dankort and edankort. After the proces you are done and may log out of the shop.

Shipping and delivery:
All physical stock is send with Post Danmark either by letter og packet. The cost of delivery is added to the price of the item unless other things are stated during the payment process.
We aim is to collect your purchase in one shipment, and keep freight costs down

Invoice and order confirmation.
After an order is made you will automaticly recieve an email confirmation about the registration on your order.
At delivery of your purchase you'll reviece the invoice.

Complaints and return:
With all physical products Save the Children Youth provide a 2-year warranty acording to the Danish købelov, covering manufacturing and material defects identified during its normal use. The rights for a replacement does not go when erros, damages or abrasion, directly or indirectly resulting from improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or any unauthorized intervention.

When an error or malfunction is identified you may contact us for further instructions for return.

If you wish to undo your purchase, you may do so wihtin 14 day after receiving the product. A return is done on your own expense.
A refund of the amount is only possible if the product is returned unused and in perfect condition. Once we recieve the packet and approve the goods condition you will be refunded the price of the product.

Security on payment:
Save the Children Youth uses an encrypted payment gateway at Quickpay that means that typed information during the payment process are send encrypted and is only saved at Quickpay. The payment is therefore equally as secure as other internet payments you can make.
